Use of the service

You may use CatchTales for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the catch logs, photos, and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service.

Subscriptions

CatchTales Pro is offered as a paid subscription or lifetime purchase. Fees are displayed at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store or payment provider's policy.

Disclaimers

CatchTales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fishing regulations and conditions change — always verify with local authorities before heading out. We are not liable for decisions made based on app data.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, design, and code — including the Maison Louis Design name and logo — remain the property of Maison Louis Design.
